Sync settings

Choose what your account keeps in step on every device where you are signed in.

  • My tools

Always synced: the tools on your board, their order and size.

  • The windows open on your start page, including what you typed in them.

  • Every note in the notepad – on the notepad page, on your board and in windows.

  • Every list of website shortcuts – on the shortcuts page, on your board and in windows.

  • Every grid in the cover grid maker – on its page, on your board and in windows.

  • Every list of bookmarked organisations in the OIN lookup – on its page, on your board and in windows.

  • Keeps your pipeline and saved recipes on all your devices. Your files are never synced – only the steps and settings.

Turning something off removes it from your account straight away. Your devices keep their own copy.

Notifications

Tools that can tell you about something new while a Synsi tab is open, even when you are in another tab or app. Choose them for this browser.

This browser cannot show notifications from websites.
Notifications are blocked for this site. Allow them in your browser’s site settings (the icon left of the address), then switch them on here.
  • Says “New message” while a Synsi tab is open – never who wrote it or what.

Your choice is stored in this browser only. Notifications never show personal content such as a message or a number. They work while a Synsi tab is open; closed tabs get none.

How to use the File to PDF Converter

  1. 1 Choose an image, text file, spreadsheet or document from your device (up to 20 MB).
  2. 2 Select Convert to PDF and wait for the conversion to finish.
  3. 3 Download the generated PDF. Text files are laid out across as many pages as needed; images make one page.

Convert documents and files to PDF

Use this free file-to-PDF converter to make a PDF from common office documents, text files, data files and images. Supported formats include Word DOCX, Excel XLSX, TXT, JSON, Markdown, CSV, XML, HTML, RTF, JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and BMP. Files can be up to 20 MB.

What to expect from each format

DOCX text and XLSX cell values are extracted and laid out as a clean, readable PDF. Text styles, page layouts, formulas and spreadsheet formatting are not reproduced. CSV rows are kept in order. JSON is formatted with indentation before conversion; Markdown is included as readable text. HTML is converted to its visible text, while XML is preserved as text.

Images are placed on a single PDF page that follows their portrait or landscape proportions. They are not stretched; transparent areas are filled white and animated GIFs use their first frame. Images are limited to 50 megapixels.

When a PDF copy is useful

PDF is widely accepted by online forms, email systems, printers and document archives. Convert a Word file before sharing a fixed copy, turn spreadsheet data into a document for printing, or save a text or JSON file in a format that is easy to send and review. The original file is not changed.

Your file and privacy

Files are uploaded to the server for conversion. The generated PDF is returned as a download and removed after it is sent. Avoid uploading sensitive files unless you are permitted to share them with this service.
